We have three meeting rooms available to hire at very reasonable rates at our offices in Northfield House, Taunton. We are in a very central location and are just 10 minutes walk from Taunton Railway Station.
Hire charges for meeting rooms (payable in advance):
Conference Room (Lower Floor):£25 per hour from arrival to departure
Approximate seating: 50 theatre or 30 boardroom style
Conference Room (Upper Floor): £20 per hour from arrival to departure
Approximate seating: 10 boardroom style
Meeting Room (Lower Floor): £15 per hour from arrival to departure.
Approximate seating: 6-8 boardroom style
Please be aware that other users may have booked the room before or after you.
Lift available to upper floor. The property has level access.
Refreshments available on request:
Tea or Coffee and Biscuits Up to 5 – £10. Up to 10 – £15. Up to 15 – £25. Up to 20 – £30.
Light Lunches can be provided on request. Please ask for further information.
Please note for organisations wishing to bring their own refreshments, a surcharge of £5.00 will apply

We have a small amount of parking on site and discuss this during your booking enquiry.
Cancellation:
Somerset Sight must be notified of any cancellation 7 days prior to the meeting date.
Failure to do so will result in a minimum cancellation fee of £20.
Internet access is available in all rooms, please ask for the code upon arrival.
